Dwayne is a native East Tennessean, born and raised in the Fountain City (Knoxville) area. Upon graduating college, he spent 13 years owning and operating a family HVAC business before deciding to sell and enter another line of work. After deciding to pursue a career in real estate sales he spent two years at another brokerage before coming to work for Lakeside Real Estate Group in 2008. In addition to selling real estate in Tellico Village, he is actively selling in and around the surrounding area. Dwayne is married, has two adult children, and lives in the Hardin Valley community. Being a "native", he is very informative on the area & all it's hidden gems as well as life in East Tennessee. When not selling real estate, he can be found camping, kayaking, hunting, or fishing with his wife and friends in our beautiful state.
