Hello! My real estate experience began in 1985 in south suburban Chicago with the purchase of my first home and a year spent as an agent with Century 21. At that time, with high interest rates, people were choosing to keep their homes and add on instead of sell. That is when my other career took off. I became a residential remodeling contractor and I have proudly and successfully served over 800 families. \r\nI had the opportunity to spend from 2016 to 2020 in Hawaii (Kauai). Much of that time I worked as a full time agent with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. In January 2020 I chose to relocate to Tellico Village. It was by far one of my very best decisions. You could say I traded “Oceanfront” work for “ Lakefront” work. Much more peaceful. \r\n\r\nI love to negotiate all matters of real estate and look forward to faithfully serving every one of my clients.
